EventHub

The rebranding initiative for EventHub, an event management system designed to enhance communication between event organizers and participating companies while optimizing offline marketing, included crafting the brand story, designing a new logo, and creating branded assets such as employee ID cards, envelopes, and presentation slides. Consistent support was provided throughout the entire process to ensure seamless implementation of the new branding.

01Corporate Identity

Rather than simply designing a logo or creating brand guidelines, efforts included conducting brand surveys about EventHub and interviewing team members from different departments, compiling the findings into a comprehensive report. By engaging stakeholders and team members early in the process to explore the brand’s direction, the approach ensured the creation of designs that resonated deeply and earned broad agreement.

02Visual Identity

Based on the collaboratively defined brand direction, the project encompassed the creation of a comprehensive visual identity. This included the design of the logo, motion graphics, business cards, employee ID cards, presentation slides, and other branding assets. To ensure seamless integration of the new brand internally and externally, we delivered a cohesive design approach that unified all touchpoints.
