  • CEO / DesignerIppei Iwahara

    Born in Yamaguchi, with an academic background in aerospace engineering (undergraduate) and product/service design (graduate school). After working as an art director at DENTSU INC., where he contributed to advertising, product development, and UI/UX projects utilizing a blend of design and engineering expertise, he moved to the U.S. in 2014. Joining a consulting firm, monogoto inc., he supported new business launches across various industries. Returning to Japan in 2018, he founded ONE inc. His hobbies include backcountry snowboarding (spending over 70 days a year in snow-covered mountains) and playing rugby actively.

  • Design Strategist / DesignerYukiya Yamane

    Born in Fukuoka and a graduate of the University of Tokyo’s Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, with minors in service design and media studies. After starting his career as a strategic planner at DENTSU INC., he engaged in marketing strategies and new product planning. In 2016, he joined TOYOTA Auto’s corporate strategy division to manage next-generation mobility projects and new business ventures. After a tenure at DENTSU Digital, he joined ONE inc. in 2022, focusing on healthcare visioning, service development, and UI/UX design.

  • Graphic DesignerErika Yokoi

    Born in Kanagawa and a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, majoring in graphic design. After graduation, she worked at Keith & Co., a Los Angeles-based creative studio, contributing to branding and urban development projects. Returning to Japan in 2017, she joined iyamadesign inc., working under Koji Iwayama on graphic, product, and spatial design for mt masking tape. She joined ONE inc. in 2023, specializing in graphic design.
