SKINCOACH is a skincare service where a dedicated beauty consultant answers a customer's skin and lifestyle concerns via LINE. Working closely with a client who has a strong desire to deliver valuable skincare, we supported the rebranding process from the conceptual stage, including concept design, naming, logo design, product packaging, website development, and launch.

01Strategy & Concept

While many brands treat skin consultations as a secondary element to their products, the client focused on skin consulting as a new value proposition. Addressing the customer's struggles with finding the right skincare products and understanding what is truly needed, we visualized the brand to reflect its unique approach. Based on this uniqueness, we designed the brand concept, created the brand name, and crafted the main copy.

02Branding

While adhering to the concept of SKINCOACH, which provides professional and high-quality skin consultations, we designed visuals that also convey a sense of approachability and trustworthiness. To express the brand's sophisticated world, we carefully designed the logo, and extended this aesthetic not only to the logo but also to the product packaging, wrapping materials, key visuals, and website UX/UI. By maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, we designed an experience where customers can feel the same brand identity, no matter where they interact with it.
